Returns Policy
At TerrafirmaFactoryRacing.com we want you to be delighted with every purchase from us.
Occasionally we understand that you may wish to return items and by law, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights under English law where goods are not as described or not fit for purpose.
If you wish to return an item, please email: sales@terrafirmafactoryracing.com with the following information, so that we can issue you with a returns reference number:
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Quantity
- Reason for return
We must be contacted within 14 days from when the item was delivered to the specified delivery address on your original order form.
We will issue you with a returns reference number, along with details of how to return the item to us. Once the item has been received and verified by us, it will take 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred to your account.
Please note that any return postage and packaging costs are at your own expense but we may choose to re-imburse these costs depending on the reason for return.
All returned items must be received back in their original packaging and unless the product is faulty, this must be in an ‘as new’ unopened and undamaged state.
Where we have made an error you may return the item and receive a full refund or exchange. If the item was damaged in transit, you must provide evidence of this. By signing the delivery acceptance consignment note, you are deemed to have accepted the condition so please either reject the item upon delivery or mark the consignment note with any external visible damage.
Where you return an item in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product), we will not refund or exchange the product.
